Seedlings Program (Ages 3-4)
The Seedlings program is all about sparking joy and imagination while introducing the fundamentals of soccer. Each 45-minute session is packed with:
š Bright colors, sounds, and stimulating soccer actions to captivate attention.
š Story-based games and activities to inspire creativity and exploration.
š¤ Parent-player bonding moments that extend beyond the field for endless fun at home.
With a focus on movement, coordination, and engagement, Seedlings helps young players build confidence and develop essential motor skills in a fun-filled, pressure-free environment. Our goal is to create a positive first experience with soccer, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of the game!
Sprouts Program (Ages 5-8)
Sprouts is our flagship program and the ultimate launchpad for young soccer enthusiasts ready to take the next step. Hereās what makes Sprouts so special:
ā½Ā Twice-a-Week Training:
- Day OneĀ focus on ball mastery and skill-building through exciting 1v1 games.
- Day Two brings skills to life with mini scrimmages and round-robin tournaments.
š¤ Small-sided games that teach teamwork, roles, and responsibilities.
š Monthly Jamboree tournaments for players to scrimmage and shine!
Sprouts is where kids develop confidence, sharpen their skills, and fall in love with the game in an inspiring, team-oriented environment.
