Program Overview

The Vale Performance Institute provides individual and small group training for motivated athletes looking to enhance their technical, physical, and mental performance. The VPI customizes all technical and physical training to the individual’s specific needs and abilities. We assess the players technical and physical strengths and weakness and design training plans to sharpen execution based on the demands of their position.
Within the VPI we also develop speed and agility, fitness, and perhaps most importantly- the mental side of the game. The one-on-one or small group environment provides an ideal setting to help athletes reflect on their performance habits and build mental strategies for success. We help athletes identify their own growth opportunities and teach a variety of tools to make improvements.  More specifically, we teach common sport psychology performance strategies like breathing, releasing tension, using affirmations, visualization, and reframing.
