MATTHEW FERRIS
Matt returns to Vale for his 3rd year as Head Coach and is our Finance Director. Matt played for Zach and Jeremy when he was a youth player. Matt attended Xavier and then went onto play college soccer at Lasell College where he played all 4 years and earned his degree in Sports and Entertainment.
Matt is the Head Coach of the 2013 Boys & 2014 Girls and his coaching experience involves time with the Valeo FC in MA where he worked with the 7v7 and 9v9 age bands. Most recently, Matt joined the Haddam-Killingworth Boys Varsity Soccer coaching staff as an Assistant Coach where he works with Coach Zach who was recently named the Head Coach in Fall 2024.
Matt currently holds his USSF D license and resides in Wethersfield CT.
