Vale Rush United Grassroots Academy
Purpose
Our Vale Rush United Grassroots Academy is designed to introduce young players, from ages 3-12, to soccer in an environment that is engaging, supportive, and developmental focused. Through imaginative games, age-specific coaching, and a focus on confidence over competition, children build the technical skills, coordination, and character that become the foundation for lifelong success in sport.

The Seedlings Program (Ages 3-4)
Seedlings is the perfect introduction to soccer. Parents and children participate together through imaginative, story-based activities that encourage movement, coordination and confidence. Using colorful equipment, creative games, and age-appropriate challenges, players begin developing fundamental movement skills with their family.

The Sprouts Program (Ages 5-8)
Sprouts serves as Connecticut's premier developmental launchpad for soccer players ready to take the next step. Built around high-energy training, creative learning experiences, and small-sided gameplay, players begin developing the technical foundation and decision-making skills that prepare them for competitive soccer.

A focused technical development program designed to help young players sharpen their skills, build confidence, and take their game to the next level.
Led by experienced, licensed coaching staff, P.A.S.S. provides intentional training designed around technical growth, repetition, creativity, and player development.
