Mike Cunningham joined Vale Sports Club in the Fall of 2024 as the Chief Operating Officer. In this executive role, Mike oversees the organization’s comprehensive daily operations, ensuring the club’s infrastructure supports its mission of athletic excellence. Bringing over 15 years of experience in educational leadership and athletic administration, Mike provides a highly structured and strategic approach to the club’s growth and operational efficiency.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mike serves as a member of the coaching staff for the 2015 Girls program as an assistant. His leadership style is defined by a deep-seated passion for student-athlete development, a trait developed over two decades of coaching across multiple sports at the middle and high school levels.
