Program Overview

The Sprouts program is geared towards 5 to 8 year-olds and is the launch pad for players taking more ownership from their game.
Players in the Sprouts program play twice a week and have the opportunity to play for U8 teams for indoor winter play in local leagues including the N.B CT Sportsplex and Vale in Middletown as Sprouts United. This program also offers monthly Jamboree tournaments for players wishing to scrimmage.
Tuesday’s training session focuses on ball mastery and individual skill acquisition with games set towards developing players in 1 v 1 situations.
In Thursday’s session players get the opportunity to apply their skills in mini scrimmages and round robin tournaments. We use structured small sided games as a way to teach team work as well as roles and responsibilities.
