Vale SC is excited to offer players the opportunity to compete in the USL Y League this summer. This high-level national competition provides an ideal environment for motivated players looking to challenge themselves and continue their development within the USL system. Tryouts for these teams are required.
USL Youth, which evolved from the long-established Super Y League, brings together all USL youth programming under one unified structure. The league emphasizes player growth, competitive excellence, and long-term development while creating meaningful experiences for players, coaches, and families.
Participation in USL Y represents an important step for players seeking a pathway aligned with the broader USL soccer ecosystem. Vale SC will participate in the Northeast Division.

Boys on Saturday 3/21
U10, U11, U12 @ 10:00-11:00am
U13 @ 11:00am-12:00pm

Girls on Saturday 3/14
U10, U11, U12 @ 10:00-11:00am

8 Games (4 Home, 4 Away)
League Play w/ 1st Place heading to Tampa, FL for Nationals

Ages: Boys & Girls U9-U14 (new age band format: August 1 through July 31
Dates: (6 Week Program) June 30 - August 6
Days: 2x training/week on Tuesday & Thursday evenings
Times: 530-7pm and 7-830pm training
Location: Coventry, CT
Format:
2 Options:
#1 - 2x Training/week only
#2 - 2x Training/week + Choice of Tournaments (2 tournaments)
Cost:
Option 1 (training only) - $300
Option 2 (training + tournaments) - Training Cost + $75/tournament

Days: 2x training/week on Monday & Wednesday evenings
Times: 530-7pm and 7-830pm training

Unlike our USL teams, the Summer Academy is a non-tryout program, making it the perfect environment for players of all levels to get high-quality touches in a focused yet supportive atmosphere.
Our Academy is built on the philosophy that the summer months are the best time for individual growth. Whether you are looking to master your footwork or maintain your match fitness, we offer flexible pathways to fit your summer schedule:
- No Tryouts Required: The USL Youth Summer league requires tryouts, the Summer Academy does NOT!

Option 1 - Training Only: Focused weekly sessions led by our professional coaching staff.

Option 2 - Training & Tournaments: Combine our rigorous training curriculum with the excitement of competing in two summer tournaments.
The Vale SC Summer Academy bridges the gap between the seasons, ensuring that players return to their teams in the fall with increased confidence, better conditioning, and refined technique. It’s about more than just playing—it’s about staying connected to the game you love and making every touch count.
