Kyle Ayer

Kyle joins Vale for his first full year as the Vale East Coaching Director after having served as the Director of Foundation SC North for over 10 years. He will also be the Head Coach of the East 2010 Boys, and East 2006/2007 Girls. Kyle brings to Vale a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for the game and for the development of all players.

Through his almost 25 years of coaching youth and premier soccer, Kyle coached at AHM as a Premier & Travel Coach, he was the RHAM Middle School Boys Coach and the Middle School Girls Coach, and he also gained experience as the Windham High School Girls coach. There was also a time sent as the Director of Coaching for Andover Youth Soccer and most recently, the Director for FSCN which is now Vale East. Kyle has his CT Youth Coaches Diploma, his US Soccer Grassroots 4v4/7v7/9v9/11v11 Licenses, the NSCAA Technical Development and Technical Training & Small Sided Games Diploma, and the NSCAA Goalkeeping I Diploma.

Kyle played at East Catholic High School where he was All State & All New England and went on to play at Brandeis University before playing 12 years in the CSL.
